What you can rent

  • Chairs: stacking chairs and selected office or guest chairs for event seating and temporary workspaces.
  • Tables: selected tables for meetings, registration, displays and temporary work areas. Ask about available sizes and quantities.
  • Display stands & racks: options for exhibitions, retail displays and pop-up events. Send us your display requirements.
  • Other event supplies: ask about additional items available for your event.

Our rental items are pre-owned. Styles, colours, condition and quantities vary. We confirm the items included in your quote before booking.

How rentals work

  1. Send your request. Include the items, quantities, rental dates and event location.
  2. Review your quote. We confirm availability, rental charges, pickup or delivery arrangements and applicable booking terms.
  3. Confirm your booking. A quote request does not reserve stock. Your booking is confirmed once we agree on the details and required payment.
  4. Collect and return. Arrange pickup and return in Scarborough, or request delivery and collection.

Rental pricing & delivery

Rentals are quoted individually based on the items, quantities, rental period and transport requirements. Prices shown in our online shop are purchase prices; request a separate quote for rental rates.

Pickup and return are available by appointment in Scarborough. Delivery and collection may be available in Toronto, Ottawa, Gatineau, Kingston and eligible communities along the Highway 401 and Highway 7 corridors, subject to scheduling.

Rental delivery and collection are quoted separately. Please include stairs, elevators, loading access and any time restrictions in your request.
