    • Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days.
    • Delivery times depend on inventory availability and delivery schedules.

  3. Delivery Fees:

    • Orders over $40 qualify for free delivery.
    • Orders under $40 will incur a delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

  4. Scheduling Deliveries:

    • A preferred delivery time can be selected at checkout.
    • While we aim to meet the selected time, delays due to traffic or unforeseen events may occur. Customers will be informed of significant delays.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return and Exchange Window:

    • Returns and exchanges must be requested and completed within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Return Locations:

    • Returns must be made at one of our store locations in Scarborough or Ottawa.
    • For customers requiring a pickup service for returns, a fee of $10 or more will apply based on location.
