About these terms

This website is operated by Top Surplus, a business operated by 9049487 Canada Inc. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies.

Products and orders

We sell pre-owned furniture, equipment, and other second-hand items for homes, offices, and businesses. Please review each product listing for photos, condition, dimensions, included accessories, and any noted wear. Product availability and prices may change. If we find a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you about the order.

Order, payment, and account information you provide must be accurate and current so we can process your order and contact you about it.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery coverage, fees, timing, and arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy and Delivery Area & Postal Code Checker. Pickup is available by appointment in Scarborough; please contact us before visiting.

Returns and refunds

Return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as received, with included parts and accessories, and proof of purchase. Returns may be made by mail or in person by appointment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping or other return transportation costs. We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within one week after we receive the returned item. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
